UK Postage and Packaging
UK Mainland Postage starts from £4.96.
This cost covers both the delivery cost charged by Royal Mail and our packing costs. We make no profit on these as they are simply external costs that we can’t absorb.
Collect From Our Workshop
If you live locally to our workshop you can save on postage and collect from us. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you’d like to collect in person, just leave a note in the checkout.
Please Note: All orders have to be placed online or over the telephone and paid for in full before collection as we can’t process orders in our warehouse.
Worldwide Shipping
We despatch orders to any destination in the world. We don’t charge tax on orders being delivered outside of the UK, so you will save 20% on most items. There may be import duty and tax to pay when your order enters your country and it is your responsibility to pay this (we’re not able to advise how much this amount might be). Please note, your order might get held in customs for a length of time and might also be returned to us. In the event that your order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods but not the outbound postage.
Shipping & Handling
UK mainland customers have a choice of shipping options depending on the speed of delivery you require: Standard Delivery (normally 2-6 working days) and 1st class (normally 1-3 working days). Orders placed outside of working hours will be deemed as having been placed the next-working day, so for example, orders placed on a Friday afternoon will be processed and despatched on Monday.

Thank you for your question. Yes, we can deliver to Uganda. We send overseas orders using a tracked service via the postal system, and Royal Mail’s delivery aim is 5-7 days, although it can take longer depending on the speed of the postal system in your country.
