About Galison

Galison was founded in 1979. Working with museums, Galison started with the aim to make artist imagery widely available. This took the form of well-designed paper products featuring artists’ work. Galison first published calendars and a few books before focusing on fine art stationery. This stationery has expanded to boxed notecards, greeting cards, personalized Christmas cards, journals, and other gift products for writers.
